Covid-19 has put our physical health, our economy, our faith in the future, and our general wellbeing in crisis. Fear, uncertainty and social unrest are now part of our everyday reality, and these effects are especially felt in the workplace. As we slowly return to normal activity, some are afraid they might lose their jobs, others are struggling to balance work and family life from home, and others are coming back to a workplace where social distancing makes everyday activity more challenging for everyone.

 

On top of this, trust in our leaders is at an all-time low. But we can fix this.

MAP is designed to align leaders and teams towards creating a healthier workplace. We achieve through a combination of strategic in-house work and personal tools for your team members' wellbeing.

 

Our program includes a preliminary Leader Interview, an online Wellbeing Test for the team, a 3-hour in-house Team Seminar, our Individual Toolkit for employees, our Guided Meditation, and an Action Plan specially tailored for your organization.

Leader Interview

First, we have a preliminary interview with the team leader. This allows us to assess how the current situation has affected the organization, the team, and the working dynamics, and it allows you to learn more about our program and to discuss when and how to most effectively bring it to your organization.

Wellbeing Test

After our preliminary interview with the leader, we distribute to the team our exclusive Wellbeing Test, designed to evaluate the current mental, emotional and physical state of the workforce. Every team member can access his/her results. The answers are anonymous, and they allow us to detect your team's most urgent needs and share our diagnosis with the leader.

Team Seminar

Our three-hour Team Seminar is the centerpiece of our program. Here, we will share the principles and strategies that will help create the blueprints for Employee Wellbeing, Healthy Communication, and Social Awareness at your workplace.

Individual Toolkit

Each member of your team gets a subscription to The Map of Your Traps, our program for individuals, containing key principles and strategies to improve physical, mental and emotional wellbeing both at work and at home.

Action Plan

We want to make sure that our work together gets the desired results for you and your team in the long run. 1. Employee wellbeing

The first hour of our Team Seminar is dedicated to addressing the results of our Wellbeing Test. This test has been crafted in collaboration with Sociology and Mental Health experts to address the negative symptoms of life during and after the pandemic. How is your team feeling? What needs, worries, and concerns are holding them back? Here, we will share the best practices to help reassure your team and attack these symptoms, both at the workplace and at home.

The second part of our Team Seminar deals with the challenges of professional communication in the 2020s. Social distancing, uncertainty, and tensions derived from the current situation can easily derail your team, hindering productivity, and creating internal conflict. Here, we will help you establish protocols to achieve healthy and efficient communication at the workplace.

The third part of our session addresses the question of social justice at the workplace. Social unrest is one of the warnings of our times, and it cannot be ignored. Here, we will provide a model for companies interested in implementing an effective social justice agenda sensitive to the specific realities of each work environment.

a word from our director

Hi, my name is Ernesto Estrella.

I am a Columbia graduate, former Yale professor, published author, and voice expert.

 

Since 2015, I direct the Nomadic School of the Senses alongside my brother, Communications expert Carlos Estrella. In the last 5 years, we have helped many individuals and organizations navigate difficult transitions and reach higher levels of successful development. 

With The Map of Your Traps, our 2020 program for individuals, we have developed a Wellbeing Toolkit that rebuilds the physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing after the recent pandemic.
